Squadron Plan FAQ
How is this different from typical HVAC maintenance plans?
One flat annual rate of $189. No auto-billed monthly fees that creep up at renewal, no required multi-year contract, no "diamond tier" upsells. Two tune-ups, 15% parts discount, priority service. That's it.
What if I have two systems?
Each system gets its own plan at $189/year. Two-system homes typically save more because parts discounts compound.
Does the plan cover repairs?
No — the plan covers the tune-ups and gives you 15% off parts on any repair you need. Repairs themselves are flat-rate billed (we'll quote in writing before doing the work).
When should I schedule the tune-ups?
AC tune-up in spring (March-May, before peak cooling load). Furnace tune-up in fall (September-November, before the first hard freeze).
What does "priority scheduling" actually mean?
In Indiana, the 95-degree week in July and the 5-degree week in January are when the phones don't stop. Plan members get bumped to the front of the daily route — typical same-day or next-day instead of 5-7 days out.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No multi-year contract, no cancellation fee. If you cancel mid-year and haven't used the tune-ups, we refund prorated.
Will this keep my manufacturer warranty valid?
Yes. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, and most major brands require documented annual professional maintenance. We provide a signed/dated service record after each visit.
