Emergency HVAC Service
No heat at 2am? AC dead during a 95-degree week? Call us — a real licensed tech picks up, not a call center. Target on-site response under 90 minutes for Boone County.
What Counts as an HVAC Emergency
No Heat Below 40°F Outside
Pipes freeze, vulnerable family members at risk. Get on the schedule first thing.
No Cooling Over 85°F Inside
Older adults, infants, pets, and people with health conditions are vulnerable above 85°F indoors.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm
Shut the furnace off, ventilate, get everyone outside, call us. We bring a combustion analyzer.
Burning Smell, Smoke, Sparks
Cut power at the breaker. Don't restart. Call immediately.
Active Water Leak
Furnace dripping, drain pan overflowing, condensate flooding. Catches it before drywall damage.
Loud Bang at Startup
Delayed ignition is dangerous and damages the heat exchanger every time it happens.

Flat-Rate Quote First
Diagnostic is $129, applied to the repair. You see the full repair price in writing before any work starts.
Fix or Stabilize
Most emergencies are fixed same visit. If a part is needed, we stabilize the home and return same/next day.
No After-Hours Surcharge Games
Most local shops charge 1.5x or 2x for nights, weekends, and holidays. We don't. Same flat-rate book, any hour. You shouldn't pay double because the part broke on a Saturday.

Emergency HVAC FAQ
Do you really pick up at 2am?
Yes — a licensed tech on call. Not always the owner, but always someone who can actually triage your problem and dispatch. No call-center middleman.
What's your response time?
Boone County target is 90 minutes on-site. Indianapolis metro 90-150 depending on traffic and how booked the route is. We tell you a real ETA on the phone.
Are weekend prices the same as weekday?
Yes. $129 diagnostic, flat-rate book on repairs. No 1.5x or 2x multipliers because the work happens on a Saturday or holiday.
What if you don't have the part on the truck?
We stock the top 30 failure parts (capacitors, contactors, ignitors, flame sensors, common fan motors, sized fuses). For less common parts, we stabilize the home — temporary heaters/AC, frozen-pipe prevention — and return same or next day.
When is it actually an emergency vs. wait until Monday?
If indoor temp is below 60°F in winter or above 85°F in summer, or someone in the home is medically vulnerable, call. If your AC quit on a 75°F October evening with the windows open, it can wait. We'll help you decide on the phone — no judgment.
Do you accept insurance / home warranties?
We can work with most home warranty companies, but they often pay slowly and dictate parts. We'll do the work and help you file — most homeowners we serve pay direct and get reimbursed faster than the warranty company would have moved.
